Accessories Guide - Daylight Works with Devices

The Daylight Computer will operate with most devices, both wired and Bluetooth. Listed below are some of the accessories that we have used.

Disclaimer

Daylight Computer does not manufacture any of these devices and cannot guarantee their quality. These are simply products that we have used in the office and have worked for us.

We will be releasing our own line of accessories in the future!

Case

Wallet case

We liked this case a lot. It provides good drop protection, doesn’t cover up any of the buttons, and includes a slot for the stylus.

Zenrich Universal Case PLEASE NOTE: This case has a tiny magnet in it, which may create a very small dead zone for the stylus. Most people don’t notice it, and only the stylus power users will really be affected by this.

We are working on our own case, which will not have this issue.

But even with the small stylus issue, this is still our favorite folio case, as it provides better protection than other cases out there.

Keyboards

The beauty of keyboards is that there is such an amazing variety out there. We encourage you to find the one with the right ergonomics, weight, size, and price. But here were a few fan favorites from around the office.

Wireless

Desktop ready

We liked this one for its heft and sturdy feel. It includes a num-pad, a stand to hold up the DC-1, and also works both wired and wirelessly.

Due to its weight and size, it’s more of a stationary keyboard, and not ideal for the on-the-go person.

All-in-one

Ideal for travel, this keyboard is small, and includes a stand and mousepad that are both retractable. It folds up in a very travel-friendly way.

The Apple Way

The Apple Magic keyboard is a classic, and something of obvious quality. Pair it with the Fintie Stand, and you’ve got a great setup!

Built-in Stand

We liked that this keyboard was lightweight and included its own stand.

Keep in mind, the stand doesn’t fold up, so it may not fit in every bag.

Adaptors

USB-C multi-adaptor

We liked this multi-port hub as it allowed USB, USB-C, and ethernet. It’s a convenient solution to having multiple wired accessories at once.

UGREEN USB C to Ethernet Adapter

Ethernet adaptor

For a simple ethernet connection, this one worked great for out team. This allows you to skip the Wi-Fi and connect the internet directly to your DC-1.

USB-C to USB hub

This will allow multiple devices to connect to the computer via a USB connection.

Stylus

We ship the DC-1 with the King Write Stylus. If you’d like a replacement stylus, you can purchase one from their website: CLICK HERE
